Sheldon Morris
Development Lead & President
Sheldon obtained his Bachelor of Engineering Science from the University of Western Ontario, and has subsequently received his P.Eng, and RIBO qualifications. Sheldon started working for Honda in 2002. He began in the Paint engineering department, and then transitioned to Product Engineering for new model Civic development. In 2009 he joined General Dynamics Land Systems Canada as an electrical designer and held various positions there. In 2015, Sheldon joined Robert J. Morris Insurance & Consulting Ltd.

Robert Morris
Vice President – Life Products
Robert quit high school at the end of age 12 to assist in the operation of the family mink ranch. He returned to school by enrolling at the Ontario Agricultural College (Guelph) in a 4 year program in animal science. After graduation he joined Master Feeds to assist in the sales of various types of livestock feeds. A successful sale frequently involved providing assistance to the farmer for the construction of new poultry or hog farms. Bob then worked for TD Bank as an agrologist before starting Robert J. Morris Insurance & Consulting Ltd. in 1986.

Ula Gurniewicz-Abreu
Vice President
Ula received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Hotel Industry and Catering Management in Poland, where she grew up. After graduating, she moved to England, and then eventually settled in Canada. Each step of the way she developed a passion for building lasting relationships and delivering great customer experience. Ula’s people first approach, intercultural sensitivity, and leadership have gained her many loyal clients. In October 2017, she completed the Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario course, and began working at Robert J. Morris Insurance & Consulting Ltd.

Sandra Fascinato
Operations Lead
Sandra recently moved to Thamesford from Stoney Creek. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Guelph and also has her diploma in Culinary Management. Sandra has experience in customer service, sales, accounting and administration. She is excited to bring her strengths and knowledge to her new role at Robert J. Morris Insurance & Consulting Ltd.

Melanie Valle
Operations Specialist
Melanie grew up in Woodstock, Ontario. She enjoys gardening, live music, and spending time with family and friends. In her spare time Melanie is painting portraits with oil on canvas and tending to her gardens/indoor plants. Melanie is a recent graduate from Humber College where she attained a diploma in Interior Decorating. She has worked in administration and sales for the past 5 years giving her a great deal of customer service experience. She began her role at Robert J. Morris Insurance & Consulting Ltd. in July 2022.

Geolvana Martinez
Personal Lines Lead
Geolvana graduated from Medical Office administration at Fanshawe College. she worked in several medical offices. In July 2018 she joined Robert J. Morris where she started working as Operation Leads. Since then she has obtained her Ribo and Life license. After a year of being absent obtaining additional insurance experience Geolvana has rejoined RJ Morris in 2023.

Milissen Perez
Insurance Broker
Milissen recently moved to Thamesford from Chatham. She was born and raised in the Dominican Republic. Milissen holds a Bachelor degree of Business Administration and has always had a passion for insurance as a career path. She began working at Robert J. Morris Insurance & Consulting Ltd. in the spring of 2022.

Luis Suarez

Luis grew up in Colombia where he received his Bachelor degree in Financial Engineering. He loves numbers, Baseball and spending time with his family. He is married and has a 4 years-old son. He loves being in Canada. He has worked in the banking and insurance industry for over 8 years. He is currently studying Project Management at Fanshawe. He began his role at Robert J. Morris Insurance & Consulting Ltd. in November 2022.
