You may already be:

You may already be:

• Well organized with a good attention to detail;
• Able to prioritize and manage your time;
• Life (LLQP) Licensed, but if not, we can work with you to get you licensed!
• Independent with a positive outlook and interpersonal skills;
• Ambitious with a demonstrated ability to succeed;
• Strong at communicating verbally and in writing;
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
• A graduate of a University or College program.

It’s not mandatory, but we would be thrilled if you have:

• Sales or customer service experience;
• Fluency in a second language;
• Knowledge or experience with insurance.

You will eventually:

• Use MS Office and Broker Management Software to prepare reports, presentations, and documents;
• Effectively manage and add to our existing book business;
• Represent our company when visiting clients and at local trade shows;
• Conduct assessments of coverage completeness and correctness;
• Provide superior customer service to support client loyalty;
• Update and maintain clients’ insurance policies;
• Identify and approach new clients;
• Review individual client needs and situation, recommending products that fit;
• Champion kaizen, innovation, and company initiatives;.
